  We were overcharged for adding credit for the electricity key, apparently because we paid by card and they required a transaction fee. A few days later we contacted Paypoint and found out that the shop weren’t supposed to charge any transaction fees. So we went back to this shop, and asked for a refund for the transaction fee. We did get the money back but were told to “don’t come back here” multiple times. I’m glad that we got the money back but I thought it was both absolutely hilarious and such a weird thing to say for someone working in customer service.

  Odd and disrespectful staff... Mainly the males I'm referring to FYI, the one female staff is lovely as the other reviews reflect (my only positive). Stock in the store is appalling mainly things that are supposed to be edible which is shocking and this should be checking entirely. The customer service needs work especially when racial targeting and discriminative vibes are present. Being a Londoner, I've been to many Nisa's this one is the worst unfortunately and the place needs a refurbishment and stock check. Overdue no? (P.S And yes it is annoying that's the only local shop available pretty much, unless you're up for a walk plus it's open until 11pm)

  Rude staff extremely unfriendly I spent 50 in there and they tell you to pay a bag is 10 pence only after you paid… 🫠

  I'm so sick of this shop, there products are always out of date. I don't understand how a shop that has so much out of date stock and can still stay open. I have taken things back a few times and they accept it no problem, that's how u know they are fully aware. How long does a drink need to be on the shelf to go out of date. Crisps are out of date, cakes are out of date and bread is out of date. The only reason they get any business is because they are the only local shop around but I will never buy from them again because it's getting beyond a joke.
