- LOL M OOct 8, 20261.0Highly racist and spiteful staff! What a miserable lot, using soo much energy to indirectly bully the general public, because they're black, female or vulnerable!! DISGUSTING. I won't be returning again and I suggest people avoid this place if you don't want to be provoked!!!

- JKJayme KimAug 19, 20261.0We were overcharged for adding credit for the electricity key, apparently because we paid by card and they required a transaction fee. A few days later we contacted Paypoint and found out that the shop weren’t supposed to charge any transaction fees. So we went back to this shop, and asked for a refund for the transaction fee. We did get the money back but were told to “don’t come back here” multiple times. I’m glad that we got the money back but I thought it was both absolutely hilarious and such a weird thing to say for someone working in customer service.
- SMSP MersiAug 15, 20261.0Rude staff extremely unfriendly I spent 50 in there and they tell you to pay a bag is 10 pence only after you paid… 🫠
