I was frankly disgusted by the way that the middle-aged man at the counter (presumably the owner or a supervisor) spoke to the younger man working on the shop floor. I told this (middle-aged) man that I had come to pick up an ebay item. He then looked at the younger man who was working on the shop floor, and said something to him in a different language, one that I don't understand. However, I would describe the manner in which he spoke to this younger man as utterly abusive. It was completely disrespectful and condescending. After I left the shop and started to think about it, I felt sorry for the young man. He showed a complete absence of respect for another human being. Neither did this same middle-aged man seem to possess any basic customer service skills or common courtesy. He didn't greet me. He TOLD me to move to the neighbouring counter without gesturing anything like a 'please'. I do not wish to support this middle-aged man (who is presumbaly the owner of the franchise). I won't be going to his shop again.
