  No wonder these restaurants are closing down if this is what they have to offer. Took ages for someone to seat us, and another age for them to take our order, the overwhelmed staff were babysitting a member of staff's child in the restaurant, whilst the couple were outside getting drunk. The young girl was following the staff around spraying perfume at them so if your food tasted floral, this could be the reason why. The food that came out was eatable. But not great, had a little show part way through dinner as the staff started to walk out and have arguments with each other about why they were having to babysit. Nowhere as near as good as near by venues and the places shuts down at a moments notice with no explanation. Some of the staff were very abrupt and when asked about cocktails (which they are advertising is the window) they say they cant make them, even though they had all the remade mixers in the fridge that we had the night before. Overall a very disappointing place to visit.

  Went there for unlimited breakfast at 10:30am. We were able grab a plate with some food but in 15mins they started picking up breakfast service taking all food away. We were planning to have more food and some more tea/coffee as it was unlimited but nope, they took everything away. I took my daughter to toilet in the middle of my meal, when came back I found the waiter taking our plates with still some food in them. I still that’s fine but I just wanted to have one more cup of tea. But the waiter said no. In summary short, service is bad, stuff wasn’t kind and helpful and food wasn’t enough. If 10:30am was late they should’ve told us. Instead they took the payment and left us having to play hunger games.

  Waiters were attentive and lovely, could be room for improvement just by teaching and hospitality knowledge. But honesty good energy up to standard food. I would recommend they’re doing what they the standard of what you expect for a steak house is just fine. Steak chips etc were great. Days prices are a bargain too. I had an upgrade 8oz with fries, green peas, daine sauce (£2) for about £14 lunchtime deal (Sauce was £2 extra) no special sauce £12. I wasn’t made aware or didn’t see it added cost for sauce but still a bargain so never that deep, had a dessert also. it was filling enough for the moment for someone who can eat and was hungry main meal alone. Menu has a great selection. Great for someone who just wants a tasty filling meal without them small fancy portion or prices with dots of sauce in the side

  Had a truly awful meal there, first thing wrong was that menu drinks didn't match what they actually had, order 2 normal peronis got 2 0 alcohol ones. That was fixed eventually, although. I was surprised the staff weren't aware of the menu variations. We'd ordered a burger and a chicken burger. We were bemused when they brought out some plain chicken wings starter that we hadn't ordered, but we just thought they'd delivered some kids meal that don't want any sauce to the wrong table. Then when the food arrived 15 minutes later, the burger arrived fine, but those chicken wings reappeared. When we queried it, they seemed surprised, they seem to have thought it was normal for 2 adults to just order a starter and one burger. Then it took another 10 minutes for them to cook the correct chicken burger. We'd have complained at the time, but it'd taken so long that we were late and had to leave. Please avoid this place if you can.
