  Went for family meal and but adults ended up unwell with sickness and diarrhoea less than 6hours later. The staff are friendly however the facilities are run down and dirty especially the bathroom & children high chairs. Would not recommend to family or friends unfortunately

  Me and my partner just got back from visiting the O2 on 30th of April 8:45 pm and we fancied a little dessert and a drink to be told that the restaurant shut even though there was people still eating and drinking in there . The two young ladies were really rude and unprofessional I was soo confused on why it shut early especially being near London . It’s a shame really to think why whitbread is closing it down . We also had breakfast whilst staying throughout are time and there was a different lady working that morning and she was lovely I do apologise for not getting your name but hope you get the recognition that you deserve.

  Nie wieder!!!!Hier sind Gäste unerwünscht!Wir hatten einen Tisch für 4 Personen reserviert (online) für 19.30Uhr. Als wir um 19.20 dort waren sagte die Dame am Eingang, dass wir etwas zu spät wären. Nachdem sie mit ihrer Kollegin kurz gesprochen hatte, zeigte sie uns den Tisch. Nach ca 10 min.kam die Bedienung an den Tisch und wies uns in einem sehr schroffen Ton darauf hin, dass die Küche gleich schließt. Nachdem ich verwundert bemerkte, dass wir einen Tisch für 19.30 reserviert hatten, sagte sie mir, das interessiert sie nicht und es ändere nichts an der Tatsache, dass sie gleich Feierabend machen würden und wir uns doch bitte ein anderes Restaurant aussuchen sollten. Was wir natürlich dann auch machten. So etwas ist mir in meinem Leben noch nicht passiert.

  Been here a few times and service is always terrible- however today was shocking! After waiting at the kiosk to be seated- the girl come over not a hello not a smile just a 'have you reserved' i said no just a table for 2 With an attitude she grabbed menus walked off- didn't say follow me or anything. She then threw the menus on a table and walked off! It was shocking actually! So we got up and left. Also- on a previous occasion- I was in there sitting eating- in my work uniform- which is similar to theirs as I work in hospitality too and I was approached by 2 seperate patrons who waited ages for a seat and thought I worked there so come and asked me- this whole time a member of staff was just sitting at the table infront of kitchen chatting with the chef. Service is terrible at this place- which wouldn't be so bad if they was busy- but they are never busy... but the attitude today was the last straw... you've lost a regular customer due to terrible staff.
