  The only place in that district that has the European feel and French class - macaroons are just like in French Ladurée - texture is divine, pity they do not have the vanilla one but Fleur d'oranger one is amazing. The vanilla soft serve / gelato ice cream was to kill for ! The best exceptional vanilla taste filled with little vanilla grains explosion in the mouth! Good quality coffee, the sitting place was a bit small and squeezed but it still felt like piece of heaven - specially after the disappointing experience at the nearby super advertised by vloggers trending Qinwan café which definitely did not live up to the expectation nor to the price point and is too focused on dattes deseerts. Thanks Ladurée for keeping up the brand name and quality exceptional as usual! ❤️

  Sadly, a small variety of cakes now. Where is the Isphan small cake? So sad it was not there

  What a truly lovely experience at Ladurée Mayfair! The coffee and cake were absolutely exquisite, but what made my visit especially memorable was the ultra-uber customer service from Camilla. She took the time to stop and chat with me, made me feel incredibly welcome, and I was delighted to discover that she is a fellow Belgian! Her warmth, charm, and genuine hospitality made the whole experience feel extra special. Beautiful surroundings, delicious treats, and outstanding service — I will definitely be back and can already see myself becoming a regular customer. Thank you, Camilla, for making my visit so wonderful!

  Rude staff i have been waiting for the service while the lady was chatting with male costumers i asked for her to come take my order she started making face signs the table were not cleaned when i asked to clean she kept ignoring(the french speaking lady ) at 6,30 pm today
