  Today we had an exceptional experience with Oz. He answered our many questions and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Ladurée macarons are wonderful.

  I really enjoyed my visit to the Ladurée counter inside Selfridges. It’s a small, beautifully presented space, but there’s still a good variety of macarons and other products to choose from. I especially loved the Rose, Chocolate, Yuzu and Orange Blossom macarons. There are plenty of other flavours too, so there’s something to explore if you’re a macaron fan. The counter was clean, tidy and nicely arranged, and the sales associate was friendly, professional and helpful without being pushy. If you’re in Selfridges and suddenly get a macaron craving, this is definitely worth stopping by. 💗🍰

  I’ve purchased macarons from Ladurée many times, and the macarons are always delicious. However, I was quite disappointed with my most recent experience at this Selfridges store. This was the first time I bought six macarons, and the staff automatically packed them in a box without asking me first. The box had no price displayed, and at no point did the staff mention that there would be an additional charge for it. Even when I was paying, they did not tell me the total amount clearly. It was only after I completed the payment that I realised the box alone cost an extra £7 — which was even more expensive than two macarons. As the macarons were just for my own personal consumption, I didn’t actually need the box. It felt very frustrating to be charged for something unnecessarily without being informed in advance.
