  visited before my journey and had a lovely experience. I tried some macarons,all were absolutely delicious and very tasty. The shop was clean,tidy & beautifully presented. Your staff that lady anosa as i remember, she was fantastic from the moment I approached the shop. She took the time to explain the different products and answered all of my questions in great detail. I especially appreciated that she didn’t simply try to make a sale, she actually listened to what I was looking for and helped me decide. Very professional, polite and welcoming. Excellent customer service and a great representation…..definitely 5 stars!

  came for the macarons and stayed for the amazing customer service provided by samira. she was so kind and lovely and she made our experience enjoyable. she was so helpful to us when we couldn’t decide which ones to choose and provided lots of information about the different flavours. loved the service from her and the macarons were delicious.

  Ladurée at St Pancras is always a delight to visit. The macarons are consistently delicious, and the chocolates are simply irresistible. A special mention to Shaik, who provides excellent customer service every time always friendly, welcoming, and professional. It's become a happy tradition for me to stop by for chocolates and macarons whenever I pass through St Pancras. The wonderful products and warm service make every visit a pleasure. Highly recommended!

  Vanessa and Raj made my day, they weren’t just knowledgeable but super-friendly. Having just come back from Paris this made even more of an impact. I’ll definitely be coming back again thank you so much. Of course the macaroons are amazing as always.
