  Location is great. Service dreadful. Inattentive staff unable to provide the requested food from the limited menu because it’s not available. The bill is creative accounting and definitely you need to check it. The location is completely London. The establishment isn’t French so don’t be misled by the name or the macarons.

  Came to get a few macarons for my gender reveal and the staff Rennka and Poojitha were so lovely! They went above and beyond to include me a card and a pretty box of macarons with a lot of pink ones! They were so sweet and it really made our day. Thank you so much for your kindness!

  🍰This is my first time to visit Laduree London Covent,and we had a great time eating there. 😊There are many kinds of dessert there,and all the staff and servants are very friendly and kind to help customers.✨

  The service was excellent, and the outdoor seating area was very enjoyable. The prices are a bit on the expensive side, but if price isn’t a major concern for you, it’s definitely worth it. The macarons were almost identical to those from Ladurée in France. Overall, it’s a lovely, high-quality place to relax and take a break in Covent Garden.
