  Yes nice place and their macarobs are great but it is overrated abd pricey.

  We expected far better from Ladurée. We ordered a pistachio item and were served something different from what we had asked for. Mistakes happen. The real problem was the response when we raised it. Rather than dealing with the issue professionally, the staff came across as rude, dismissive and deeply unwelcoming. At somewhere charging these prices, in this location, you expect a level of service to match. It simply did not. The whole experience felt as though you were paying a substantial premium for the Ladurée name and the location rather than for the quality of the food or service. The Aperol Spritz was average. The pistachio macaron was average. Nothing about either justified the pricing, and the poor attitude from the staff made the experience considerably worse. Premium prices require premium service. We received neither premium service nor a particularly memorable product. Truly awful experience and easily one of the most disappointing stops of our day.

  I wish I can give it a zero rating. We had an extremely negative experience at Laduree Covent Garden yesterday. We had a booking for 7 people for an afternoon tea.. As soon as we arrived the disappointment occurred. The waiter looked puzzled, he took us upstairs then said he wasn’t sure we can stay upstairs! He left us there to ask his manager and forgot about us. I went down to ask, the manager said we can’t be upstairs. We said ok and settled with the outdoor seating. Our sandwiches were preordered and we were asked about our drinks and macaroon choices. Our orders arrived and it was a huge mess .. the waiter said “here are your sandwiches and scones, I put the macaroons there randomly and you move them amongst you!” Imagine doing this between 7 people! Then we looked at the sandwiches, they were awfully tiny for the price we paid. Each one of us got one single toast cut into four little rectangles, then each two rectangles put together.. you can fit one sandwich in your mouth in one bite (not even a big bite).. The scones were tiny and old.. awful and not worth what we paid. The drinks were too small too. The staff were rude, gloomy, sad and miserable just like their service and food. Laduree Covent Garden you are a real scam!

  Service ok, nous n’avons pas attendu longtemps pour être installées en terrasse. Situation excellente avec vue sur les animations de la place. Par contre c’est assez onéreux. Certes, on s’y attend en entrant chez Ladurée, mais l’on s’attend aussi à des produits de qualité et à une présentation qualitative. Voici le gobelet de thé glacé signature Ladurée, 6£/ 7€. Évitez ces pailles ridiculement grandes par rapport au verre, ajoutez une petite fleur, une rondelle de citron, pensez à une sous-tasse ou un plateau. Il en faut peu pour justifier ce prix, là on en est loin… on est déçues

  Awful waitress/server at laduree today, speaking awfully to people that were waiting under the hot sun! Very disappointed with her attitude and arrogance. Many customers left due to the way she was speaking to people.. it doesn't cost much to be polite to customers who are waiting to PAY for their food/service. Really disappointed and will not be returning here!!! And would not recommend anyone coming here. Many other better bakery /patisserie shops who give much better service!!!
