  Very disappointing experience. We had a 3 p.m. afternoon tea reservation, but when we arrived, we were told only outdoor seating was available. It was far too cold to sit outside, and the manager made no effort to help or offer a solution. We had to leave without having our tea. We expected much better service and won’t be returning.

  Food was good and service was good. Only issue was we were surrounded by people who were smoking and it was hard to enjoy the food when all you could smell was the smoke

  Ladurée in Covent Garden is a lovely place to pause and enjoy a little taste of Paris in London. The setting is elegant, the atmosphere is charming, and the macarons are beautifully presented and delicious. It’s a wonderful spot for an afternoon treat, and I’d happily visit again.

  اشين فرع رحت له مافيه جلسات داخلية والخارجية قليلة واسلوب اللي يشتغلون زفت من مديرتهم للعاملات ومشينهم خربان تنسحب الفلوس ويقولون ماانسحبت ولا تطلع فاتورة الرفض كرهوني بلادوريه اللي كان اهم مقهى عندي وكل دولة اروح لها لازم ازوره المفترض الدقة اثناء اختيار الموظفين تكلمني كأنها تكلم موظفة عندها تراني زبونة وجايه بفلووووووسي !!!!!

  Great for a coffee and macarons, sat outside in the hub of Covent Garden. It’s not cheap and I wouldn’t eat a full meal here. No toilets, which is a big let down, as it really is a restaurant. I was guided across the road to the church but the toilets were closed. Service not great either.
