  Could have been nicer smile — maybe cuz I’m Southeast Asian and people are nice and have more manners and I might be expecting too much. I understand I’m not entitled to make people smile but this is your job to make people feel welcome. Also when glance to look to ask for help or speak to them; they tend to pretend they don’t hear. My son was also barely touching the food just pointing; the girl was literally being dismissive too. Overall I don’t feel comfortable visiting again.

  Lovely place in spectacular location let down by inattentive staff. I have sat outside waiting for a member of the staff to approach with a menu and take an order. On every occasion they have been inside, chatting to each other uninterested in the customer. I had to either knock on the window or go inside. For the prices paid, and the location, the service needs to be better than this.

  Very disappointing experience. We waited outside for about 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, even though two employees clearly saw us several times. Nobody came to greet us or let us know that the café would be closing soon. After waiting, we finally went inside ourselves, only to be told that they were closing in 10 minutes. They could have simply informed us from the beginning instead of making us waste nearly 20 minutes. What made the experience even more frustrating was that we were standing there with our baby, and they still chose to ignore us. It wasn’t a matter of being busy—it genuinely felt like the staff had no interest in helping customers. This is not the level of service you would expect from a brand like Ladurée. Beautiful products mean very little when customers are treated with such indifference. We left feeling ignored, frustrated, and extremely disappointed. We definitely won’t be coming back.
