  It's Ladurée, so you know you're getting top quality here. The shop is sadly a little bit tiny but enough for a quick stop. Staff are always lovely and friendly. My only issue has always been the price in London. Last time I was in Paris a macron was €1.65, and sadly here it's £2.85 (€3.30 converted). London price being almost double that of Paris is a scandal.

  Always have a coffee and a croissant here. Always take away their macaroons. They are the very best.

  I love Ladurée macarons, so I was hoping to find some special or seasonal flavours at the London branch. The macarons and chocolates were as lovely as ever, but unfortunately the service let the experience down. I had a few questions and was hoping for a bit of guidance, but the staff member I spoke to didn’t seem interested in helping. Despite it being a quiet morning, we felt rushed along and the attitude wasn’t welcoming.There is a small seating area where you can sit and enjoy the view over Piccadilly, which is a nice touch and makes for a pleasant stop. Sadly, while I still love the products, the customer service at this branch was disappointing enough that I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again. It reads as honest and critical without sounding overly harsh.
