  We ordered a breakfast and there was a problem with one of my eggs (poached). The staff dealt with the issue very well and were very apologetic. Some restaurants could learn a lesson or two from the staff at Jones the Grocer. Very impressed with their response.

  Relaxing space, elegant decoration. Staff attentive but not overbearing. I was there when it was pretty empty though. Good quality food. Not fussy and nicely presented. A bit out of the way for passing traffic, but worth the extra few steps to the balcony.

  This experience was so bad I actively discouraged two people from dining here. I was the only customer, yet there was a litany of mediocrity, from the food quality, service, billing, everything. I'm awaiting a refund. 17.50 for prawn "rosé" rigatoni that I could have made at home (flavourless sauce, four maybe five prawns), drinks nearly spilled, no water refill, being charged for a bottle instead of a glass, lots of excuses but nobody doing their job. I'm at a loss as to why this place has good reviews. Avoid.

  We came upon this restaurant not only did the beautiful decor catch our attention but the staff was very welcoming. We decided to have lunch after a long cruise/ train ride and let me tell you guys it was Delicious. We order the Pasta linguini, chicken karaage & tomato burrata not only was it delicious but came straight out of the kitchen to our table. Hands down the best restaurant in the train station. Definitely recommend you can grab and go or sit down and enjoy a delicious meal.

  Fabulous hang out. Eggs benedict is great but the awful American style sweet sugary bread that it was on let it down, (what is it with Americans and Sugar ?) The coffee is one of the best I've had in a long time. Not tried the bar yet as I'm usually working but it looks very inviting. They also need to update their IG page, I was looking forward to seeing a deli and cheese counter only to be told thats in Dubai. We're not in Dubai so why have it on a British IG page ? Disappointed. Never the less its a decent place with decent grub, excellent coffee and cocktails waiting to be tasted. One ANNOYING thing, when it comes to paying its beg beg beg, do you want to donate NO, do you want to round up to the nearest pound NO!! do you want to leave a tip, maybe, if service was OK. Look, just quit the begging, I just want to PAY. IF I donate to charity it will be my choice 😡😡😡
