Delicious food !The best healthy fresh food I’ve eaten. The only thing was it was very busy . But we came back 30 mins later and got a nice table. Nico the girl who worked at the front of the restaurant was super helpful and friendly. It was because of her we came back and so glad we did. Really recommend this place!
The guy on the door was really welcoming and friendly, so were several of the other lovely staff I interacted with. The woman at the till taking my order however called me forward and then cut me off midway through ordering, with a bored stare that looked beyond me rather than at me. She hurried up to a delivery pick up driver and was audibly flirting, asking him about his girlfriend and his night. I found the interaction dismissive, rude and generally lacking the bare minimum courtesy expected from a hospitality interaction. Seemed like it was a her specific issue as the other staff were friendly.
The food looked beautiful and tasted pretty good, albeit not quite as fresh tasting as the HG dishes I had in the Barcelona branches. The truffled potatoes tasted quite different in the London HG.
I have visited this place before and, on that occasion, had an excellent experience —
the food was very good, the service was attentive, and the staff were genuinely helpful.
Unfortunately, my experience this time was quite the opposite.
While queuing along the glass, I politely asked a young gentleman wearing a cap, standing near the grill, for some help regarding a particular dish. I heard his name was Sergio, although I may be mistaken. I asked purely out of curiosity and did so in a perfectly polite manner.
Sergio’s response, however, was remarkably cold and dismissive. There was no warmth or willingness to assist, and his tone came across as though my question was an inconvenience. It was a small interaction, but it completely changed the impression I had of the establishment.
The person at the till was not particularly helpful either, which unfortunately added to the overall experience.
It is disappointing because I have previously enjoyed both the food and the service here. This time, however, the staff came across as unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. The attitude of Sergio — the young gentleman with highlights and a cap — was particularly memorable, although sadly not for the right reasons.
Good food can certainly bring people through the door, but courteous and respectful service is what makes customers want to return. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback on board and places greater emphasis on basic politeness and customer service.
An otherwise promising experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the attitude of the staff
Really unhappy with my experience today. Having visited HG in Lisbon I was delighted when they opened up in Soho. Today, the food was amazing but some of the servers were so rude and had a bit of an attitude. I arrived before my friend, and when I asked if I could grab a table whilst waiting for her, the front of house staff said that was fine. When my friend arrived, we tried to order via the app, but this caters only for deliveries/pick ups. Whilst the QR code on the table scanned, it took you through to a ratings page, and not an order page therefore we had to go to the counter. When my friend went to order, the front of house told her that she shouldn't have taken a table without ordering first, even though I was told different. Also - who would order food before knowing they were able to sit down at a table and eat it?! My friend ordered two juices and was told that we couldn't have glasses and had to drink out of the bottles. We later asked one of the servers for glasses, they apologised that we weren't given any at point of ordering and kindly brought us some. We ordered 4 sharing dishes (sweet potato fries, homous & bread, market place miso salmon, sweet corn salad and grains). The sweet potato fries were served quite a while before the other dishes. When the other dishes came I asked for 2 extra plates so that we weren't eating from the sharing plates and at risk of spilling food on our laps (as we were sitting on a couch with a table in between us). The server came back with one plate. When I asked for another, he, very rudely replied "we cannot give out more plates". Based on the service today, I won't be coming back to HG. Seriously unimpressed with the service of some of the staff.

Absolutely loved our experience at Honest Greens Soho!
Everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared.
The breakfast burritos were packed with flavour, while the Mediterranean eggs Benedict was a fantastic combination of fresh ingredients and comforting flavours.
The matcha pistachio pancakes were a real highlight—creative, indulgent, and absolutely delicious.
The protein-power overnight oats were also excellent, making for a lighter but still satisfying option.
And the espresso deserves a special mention: genuinely excellent, which is not always easy to find. As Italians we really enjoyed it.
Overall, a fantastic spot for a healthy, flavourful and satisfying breakfast. Highly recommended!
