Unfortunately I'm going to have to leave a negative review based on my experience and now wish I'd gone somewhere else to get food.
I ordered Charcoal-Grilled Lemon-Mustard Chicken and it was only later when I came to eat it on the train back that I found out they gave me the piri piri chicken instead (and the portion size was tiny with most of the chicken being fat and skin). Also I paid extra for the seasonal veggies and really didn't get much of that either, plus what they did give me was burnt, especially the broccoli. Finally the mixed grains weren't anything special and certainly left a lot to be desired. Most of the food went in the bin.
In summary, I won't be visiting this place again (I wish I hadn't gone in the first place to be honest) and wouldn't recommend.
Upon entry you know what you are in for as the vibes are curated specially for the type of amazing food you are about to eat. Let’s talk about the food for a second I ordered the stake and grain salad : every bite came with flavour, the stake sauce was so rich it complimented the whole thing . In terms of portion it was quite sizeable and filling . Be careful with the drinks tho, they look enticing but na ; you see the cucumber and mojito ? Not my thing. But it if you like the earth ! I bid you good luck . I tried the strawberry and ginger lemonade, it was super and the oranges and tumeric came clutch as well. Overall it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend

This place is not allergy-safe.
PLEASE revisit your allergy protocols going forward! I appreciate the apologies and understand mistakes can happen but please understand that it is sheer luck I am alive and not in the hospital right now. This could have ended fatally and people lives are at risk!
Thankfully, another customer who was first aid trained stepped in and provided support for me.
I visited Honest Greens Soho today at around 2pm after being excited for months to finally try it. My boyfriend ordered the Peri Peri Chicken and the Spicy Feta Salad, specifically stating twice that we are both severely allergic to nuts. For me, this is a life-threatening allergy.
While ordering, he specifically confirmed with the waitress that this had been noted and taken care of. Unfortunately, it was not handled properly. The Spicy Feta Salad contained hazelnuts (see photo), which I unintentionally consumed and reacted to.
After alerting the staff, they looked at my plate and confirmed that it definitely contains nuts and that is definitely a hazelnut that I just spat out after realising.
They apologised and offered to call an ambulance and remake the food, which I appreciated. However, to my knowledge, no manager was informed or came to speak with us.
I also declined the free coffee and cookies that were offered, as I was understandably preoccupied with deciding whether I needed an ambulance. Please understand the severity of this incident and revisit allergy protocols going forward!

Be wary: nuts found in food even after stating we have a nut allergy.
My partner and I visited HG SOHO, and we both have serious nut allergies. I confirmed with our waitress twice that we are allergic to nuts and that there should be absolutely no nuts in our food. Despite this, one of our meals contained nuts.
In the attached photo, you can clearly see what we believe to be hazelnuts in the spicy feta salad on the left.
My girlfriend is very, very allergic to nuts and we both had a reaction.
The staff were extremely apologetic and gave us the same meals again without nuts free of charge. However, this is still completely unacceptable. If you notify staff about a nut allergy, they must take it seriously. The restaurant needs to be much more cautious going forward.

What a lucky find! After a few days of fast food we were craving something light and fresh, and boy did HG deliver.
Absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, colourful, inspiring fresh food. We dived in before taking any photos unfortunately, but we ordered an avocado supergreen salad with steak, grilled chicken with veggies and hummus, plus sweet potato fries and two beers - which was more than two of us could finish for about £50. The restaurant has such a lovely airy and luxurious feel to it too, rich natural textures and warm low lighting.
The only disappointment was the service. The operating model is staff-light by design. No servers, no greeters, and only 2 or 3 tills. This means customers either need to scan a QR code, download an app, and then create a login; or stand in a slow-moving queue. Also, the loos are unisex, which really requires full time oversight if ladies are to be able to sit down on a dry seat.
With a few extra staff members on duty, it would have been 10/10. Even so, it was very close. I doubt it'll be long before we see more branches opening around London, at least I hope so, because this is definitely set to become a firm favourite!
