  Really disappointing customer service at Five Guys. I asked for a couple of pickles for my son’s kids’ burger, offered to pay extra, and even explained that he really wanted them, but they refused to help. Making a little child upset over two pieces of pickle is honestly ridiculous. It’s not about the money, it’s about basic kindness and customer service. Very disappointing experience!

  Lovely service at five guys this evening. Galyaan was very nice and energetic when serving giving us a lovely feel of the staff. Will definitely be back here. Thank you Galyaan

  Five Guys at Westfield is always a solid choice when you’re after a proper burger and chips. The burger was really fresh with a soft toasted bun and plenty of toppings and the fries were hot and crispy. The milkshake was also a great addition and the portion sizes were generous. It’s a casual spot that does exactly what you expect from Five Guys and it’s a convenient option when you’re shopping at Westfield.

  So I got a hamburger and small Cajun fries and a water which came to £18.95. Standard pricing I feel like especially for this Westfield. Food was hot and definitely freshly cooked which took around 5–10 minutes but this is not a problem. The fries given are always a lot. For me this is a treat type meal since it costs more than I would like to spend if I got it regularly. The sauce station is always nice and the cups for the sauces were massive. Would I go back? Probably not to this specific one but the chain overall yes.
