From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and clearly well trained. A special shout-out to Vlad, the manager, who took the time to chat and made sure everything was spot on. The food arrived quickly and was fantastic: juicy, perfectly cooked burgers and some of the best chips I’ve had in a long time. But what really stood out was the cleanliness. The place was immaculate. Two members of staff were constantly cleaning—wiping every table, checking every side, even under the tables—non-stop throughout our visit. It’s rare to see that level of attention to detail, and it made a real difference to the experience. If you’re in Westfield and want a reliable, high-quality burger in a clean, welcoming environment, this Five Guys is the one to visit. Highly recommended.

When I open it I find a bun cut in two and two patties without any sauce, mayonnaise, salad... Anything so I can eat it... The presentation picture is of a package, you can find something else... So much advertising that they have free fries, juice... A big joke... Everything is included in the price of other products.... Juice? 😂😂😂... A double mess with almost acid-free water.. If you wait a little longer, the so-called acid comes out and it becomes plain colored water... The management only responds to positive comments... They don't have time for negative ones.... At least one response like: we're sorry for the situation, we're trying to fix the problems, we'll talk to the employees... Some have a typical response, but if you look at the following comments you'll notice that nothing has changed for the customers... They collect the money and we're left with the disappointment.... We should ignore them too, and when the number of customers decreases, maybe they'll be kinder to us.
