  I was acquainted with a very kind worker called raquel. she was so helpful and very easy to talk to. Definitely made my experience with five guys even better! she was so sweet

  Spent just under £40 on three burgers and chips today. The burgers arrived and were not cooked properly. They were practically rare. Very disappointing.

  Cajun fries and milkshakes are always top quality from here. After all these years I still get more fries in the bag and I love u for that. Would like to know if this franchise operator of five guys is looking to provide halal since more than 20 locations nationwide have started to provide it. I would love to not have to travel all the way to wood green or Enfield to get my burger fix since I live around the corner to this store. Please let me know in a reply if this is something being considered or the decision has already been passed on.

  Ordered via uber eats but due to a newly diagnosed member of the family being unable to have gluten, was able to call and have any worries put to rest. The female staff .ember on the phone found our order and prepped the gf order, reasuring everything was done separately. Food was delivered quickly and was amazing. Amazing service and great tasting food.

  Stop there today, the service was ok. The guy informed me to scan the qr code and get the chips for free. I ordered a hamburger and a milkshake. Vanilla. The chips were ok even though a bit salty. The burger it was tasteless and tasted like it's uncooked. I managed to took 3 bits and decided no more. The milk shack taste alright. But by the time I got home 4 hours late I had a tummy ache and visited my loo twice and my tummy kept on rumbling. So am absolutely disappointed caused I've always had the one in wood green. And no issues. But this 1 is my first time. Don't think I'll go back.
