  The burguers are simply amazing, and the fact they have gluten free options is quite good (the fries are GF and they are delicious)

  1 star I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Five Guys, placed through Uber Eats. I ordered 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers and 1 Large Cajun Fries. When the order arrived, I noticed that the burger wrapping was not properly secured and the burgers were already visibly soaked. The delivery bag was also wet, particularly around the bottom. Shortly afterwards, the bottom of the bag failed completely and the entire order fell onto the floor. The fries were scattered across the floor and the burgers came out of their wrapping and landed on the floor as well. I took photographs showing exactly what happened and the condition of the food. The photos clearly show the burgers with their wrapping coming apart, the wet packaging and the food on the floor. I understand that the delivery was handled through Uber Eats, but the condition in which the food was packaged is also concerning. The burgers did not appear to be properly wrapped/sealed, and I believe this may have contributed to the bag becoming wet and eventually failing. I paid for an order that ultimately became completely unusable and had to be thrown away. I would expect much better attention to packaging and food handling. I have also contacted Uber Eats regarding the incident and provided them with photographic evidence. Five Guys should look into how this order was packaged before it was handed to the courier, because this situation should never have happened.
