  It was the worst burger I have ever had. I ordered two burgers and i saw the staff adding cheese slice for my one which I didn’t order and they took it out rather than making new one and obviously when I had the burger there was still small piece of cheese. the meat was very dry and i didn’t really enjoy it.

  Great experience at this Five Guys, with a beautiful view of Tower Bridge! The location is perfect. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and attentive, really took great care of the customers. The milkshake was delicious and copious. I also really appreciated the free refills on drinks and the unlimited peanuts, which are a great bonus!

  Excellent service from Neeha Sree! I visited Five Guys near London Bridge today and had a really great experience, especially because of the service I received from Neeha Sree. She was incredibly kind, polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout the whole ordering process. Neeha Sree made me feel genuinely comfortable and was very patient and attentive while taking my order. Her positive attitude and friendly nature really stood out. It’s always nice to come across someone who takes the time to make customers feel valued, and she did exactly that. The food and overall experience were great, but the excellent customer service from Neeha Sree really made my visit special. She is a great representative of Five Guys and deserves recognition for the way she interacts with customers. Thank you, Neeha Sree, for the lovely service! Keep up the great work. 😊

  Il mio fast food di riferimento. Il locale ha un’atmosfera vivace e informale, perfetta per una pausa veloce, ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza è la vista: mangiare un buon hamburger guardando uno dei simboli di Londra è tutta un’altra cosa. La qualità del fast food è quella che ci si aspetta da Five Guys, con hamburger gustosi, patatine abbondanti e ingredienti ben preparati. Servizio veloce e ambiente semplice, senza troppe pretese, ma la posizione rende l’esperienza decisamente più speciale. La vista sul Tower Bridge è stupenda.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable experience. Hitakshi Patel displayed a very rude, arrogant, and unprofessional attitude from the beginning. Instead of treating customers with basic respect, she was dismissive, impatient, and spoke in a manner that made me feel completely unwelcome. I was genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer service. I expected someone who would listen and try to help, but instead I was met with disrespect and poor communication. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and it left a very negative impression. I hope the management takes this seriously because no customer should be treated this way. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with her.
