  I visited this restaurant while on holiday in London, and unfortunately, I found the service extremely rude and uncomfortable. While I was eating, a member of staff was sweeping the floor and the broom repeatedly brushed against my legs. What made it particularly upsetting was that they did not do this to anyone else. I couldn’t help wondering whether I was being treated this way because of my race. On another occasion, I was not handed a cup, so another member of staff told me to get one myself. I did exactly that, only to then be told off and asked whether I had paid for it. I spent seven days travelling around London, and this was by far the rudest and most unpleasant experience I had in any restaurant. I found the behaviour completely unacceptable and very disrespectful.

  Excellent fast food. The fries are unbeatable. The burger patties are cooked to perfection - pink in the inside, crispy around the corners. Sadly, the never-ending soda option is pretty costly these days, around 9-10 pounds. Still great value for money.

  50£ for 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a soda!!!. We had to wait our order for close to 15 minutes. We ordered very lightly salted fries. We got overly salted fries, soft and unappetising. The burger wax OK. At that price we were expecting something else. We will never go back. Other fadt food chains do better for less price

  Service from the team here is absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10. Would recommend if you want American style burgers. They also give you lots and lots of fries so only order a small amount as they put extra in the bag to share between all of yourself and your friends.

  Really ????? 3£ for a bottle of water and 17£ for a poor hot dog and some fries ????? Taste was ok ,but prices .... I strongly recommend to go Chinatown and have a proper lunch with less than 20£
