  Highly recommend, the best fast food dine-in experience. The food is fresh and flavour filled with lots of options. The staff is fast, very friendly and the restaurant was clean/spotless.

  One of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and prepared to a very high standard. Our order was prepared quickly, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

  Way overpriced but decent burger, meat was quite nice, and with all customisation options you can create burger you'd like. 11 quid for a burger in fast food chain is a crime imho and there is one big issue for me: bun. People think patty is the most important ingredient of the burger, but it's a bun. When it holds all ingredients together, can suck up any excess of the sauce and has that specific smell, that's what hits the spot. Here, after one bite lower half was already disintegrating and when I've eaten half, burger was just one big mess of ingredients. Rather poor performance. It feels cheap and it is cheap. I like to observe people who work in hospitality, how they behave, interact with each other, do they talk. Here almost everyone looked miserable, except one guy. It's big location, lots of tables but feels so cold and unwelcoming. Not a place where I'd like to spend more time with my meal.

  I was also uncomfortable with the way some of the staff were looking at each other and reacting around me. Their expressions and behaviour felt very obvious and made me feel like they were judging me because of my race. It felt disrespectful and upsetting, and I did not feel welcomed as a customer.

  The attitude towards the customers are very poor .I believe customers should be treated with the same level of respect and fairness regardless of their race or background. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into what happened.
