The burger patty was bland and almost completely lacking in flavour. Overall, the food was disappointing and certainly not worth the price. Most of the staff were friendly, and I appreciated their service. However, one staff member wearing a red uniform left me with a very unpleasant impression. He went around checking on customers in my seating area, including the guests sitting immediately to my left and right, but deliberately seemed to skip over me. I was the only person in that area he did not approach. I genuinely don’t understand what message he was trying to send. Was I invisible? Why was I the only customer who didn’t deserve even a simple check-in? As an Asian customer, I couldn’t help but wonder whether my ethnicity had something to do with this apparent difference in treatment. I cannot know his intentions, but the experience made me feel singled out and disrespected.

Rayhanl is a star. Best five guys I have been to, both service and cooking skills. Looking forward to coming back.
