  Worst five guys service I have ever had, we waited 30 minutes for our food, but only received half of our order, we had to go back and ask for the milkshake three times and the second half of our order and were still waiting for 10 more minutes, so the food we did receive was cold by the time the rest of the order came and also had onions in which I had specifically asked them NOT to put on and was not on our order reciept, so unsure why they missed half the toppings I HAD ordered and added toppings I didnt want. The store had less than 30 people in total so unsure why it service was so slow when it wasn't particularly busy.

  I got a menu and my cup was damaged a little , they didn't want to give me another cup unless I pay again , shameless staff (didnt even try to refill since my cup was damaged and they put someone to watch me like i was stealing...refill is free btw and i didn't even do it because cup was damaged and they still did that...greedy company and again shameless staff ,never eating again from this company anywhere , someone should watch these employees here idk if its everywhere but AVOID THIS LOCATION.

  Very disappointing experience. At the entrance, I was questioned about what was in my tool bag and made to feel unnecessarily uncomfortable and suspicious. I was then denied entry. The way I was treated left me with the impression that I was being judged simply because I was there as a tradesperson. Being “blue collar” should not be a reason to make someone feel unwelcome or less respectable. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of their profession. I would not return.

  Shalah and his team were a great service proving both respectful and hardworking. I am extremely satisfied with my time I had whilst his shift being conducted. Thanks for the service.

  Burger was top class. But only had 1 machine to pay on and tolets smelt like cat piss the chips where horrible food took over 10 mins to come i did enjoy it beacase the bacon cheese Burger was class tho 👌
