  ⭐️ Very disappointing experience. I was unhappy with the way I was treated by a member of staff. I felt that I was treated unfairly and was given a sanction. The staff member’s attitude and the way the situation was handled were not acceptable. I expected much better customer service from Five Guys.

  Not sure if it is always, but music was too loude when I was there. Apart from that atmosphere was very good and friendly.

  Popular place and close to the Paddington train station. We were able to get a table quickly. Food was hot and made to our specifications.
