  I had a great experience at Five Guys, especially thanks to Gopi. The customer service was excellent—Gopi was friendly, polite, and very helpful. They made sure everything was handled professionally and made me feel very welcome. Great service and a positive experience overall!

  I could not figure out who it was but I think some of the Indian people that work at five guys in Putney need to be more hygienic as while we were waiting by the milkshakes, the person doing the milkshakes was smelling very very bad. Not a very pleasant visit. Food was good but the atmosphere was not as good.

  ordered food earlier today from here and genuinely i’ve never wrote a bad review in my life because it’s never that deep but jeez the lettuce wrap was horrible it was just a wet ball and the beef hotdog too smelt bad the fries were all soggy and not even flavorful
