  This is the food chain I have been in love with in london. This location is quite not found on main road though but those who love Fresh beef burgers or hotdog will find this easily. I have walked in and ordered a beacon cheese dog with little cajun fries. The person who attained my order name Mr. Darshan panchal has very humble. He took a quick actions and prepared a hotdog with beacons. It was very delicious and mouthwatering. I personally thanked him for his suggestion on the order and the food was very fantastic. I would recommend all others to have this hotdog. The person was i guess manager or something has very great behaviour. Moreover the under ground seating wad also a good vibes.

  I can’t blame the staff as noone was really rude, but there is no hospitality really. They ask you if you dine in or take out, you say dining in and the result is to receive a take-out paper bag instead of a tray. So what is the point after all, lol. Everything is very self-service, the staff are cleaning literally next to you while you eat, no atmosphere at all. The food itself is good, i believe a bit pricey but at least the portions are more than adequate. I took both small burger and small fries and felt the portions were way too large, lol. That’s a plus anyway. I am not saying don’t go, all I am saying is don’t have expectations 😎

  Crazy how many of the staff are doing things not directly serving customers. Since when did the burger flipper do the chips as well whilst the other four literally just stack cups. Insane processes.

  Superb 👌 Probably the very best, in my opinion. Perfect for families and the after-work munch, where one has a space to actually eat in peace and settle the kids!!! Quite peaceful considering the location but a wonderful store complimented by even better staff probably the best in any FG - a proper balanced team. They all seem to be on top of their job and deliver the best customer service and burgers to absolutely die for. Many complain about the price- to-value ratio, personally to be completely honest - with a dollop of extra chips, extra patties, and a stuffed with fresh veg - that double cheeseburger with a splash of chilli sauce - As a 6’3 18 stone athlete I appreciate the feeling of £25quids worth of burger sitting inside of me on the rest day - other than £90 worth of mixed grill in a ‘restaurant’ - I find the price-to-feeling-stuffed ratio spot on😂 Those that have been stateside know exactly what I’m talking about! If you’ve seen D1 athletes or trained at an elite level and hit FG over there on a cheat day (you’d know what I mean) - One can customise of course to make it as healthy and as protein-rich as you hearts desire - Some say FG is on the decline for a variety of reasons - but certainly not for me. Other than Mediterranean, Greek, and Turkish food on a rest day in London, for me, FG is my cheat code and they have never missed wherever I’ve been in the world. From stateside to Oxford Circus, they never miss (for me), unlike the other nasty franchised big chains in London with that homogenous workforce that doesn’t reflect the city whatsoever! From the food to the staff - This FG is the one 🔥💯 Shout out to Manasvi (Order 73) hope they give that lovely young lady a branch to run she is fire 🔥 10/10
