  I'd like to thank Charlie for customer engagement and helping me look through allergens book. Brief conversation went a long way followed by relatability on the iced coffee shake. Thank you to harul for the speed of service on making the shake. Usually I don't go into stores as I may miss my bus but the service from Charlie and harul was super quick! Will be returning back again in the future. Thank you to both. 4 stars for the shake as I wish it was a little more stronger otherwise its a lightly balanced taste.

  Best burgers and fries in the world, but their portions are big! Each burger has 2 patties and every fry size overflows into the bag so order carefully or else you might not be able to finish the food.

  Came here after a long journey and I was served by Charlie, who was absolutely wonderful and polite! The food was good and keeps up with five guys high standards. Thank you again Charlie for your fantastic service!

  Thought I'd treat myself to one of their burgers and i doubt I'll return. The burger was over £12 and when I opened it most of the cheese and onions were stuck to the foil wrapper, tbh I found the actual burger to be nothing special which is probably why they offer 15 toppings. Look at 5guys replies to get a feel of the company, all generic nothingness and I've just learnt that they pay LESS than minimum wage. Says it all if you're selling overpriced food and refuse to pay a living wage, pure greed
