  Me and my kids love Five Guys but we’ve been to King’s Cross restaurant twice now and it is nowhere near as good as the other restaurants we’ve been to around the country. The burgers and fries were cold and greasy. They tasted like they’d been cooked the night before and warmed up a bit. I wouldn’t write a review if this was a one-off - we all have an off day - but this has happened twice now. We won’t be returning to this particular restaurant and I’ve lost my confidence in the brand. I’ll go to the ones I know are good - although my one child says he’s done with Five Guys - but I will no longer assume that I can go to a Five Guys and get a good burger.

  Nice staff but the location is a glass house without AC and the food is horribly overpriced for what it is. The refillable soda is a gold value option, but nothing else is worth what you pay for it. 26£ for a limp little burger and some fries that do not even fill you up, drinks nor included?! And if is isn't a good value-for-money food option, what even is the point of these fast food chains anymore? I'm disappointed and should have gotten the burritos down the street or sth.

  Had an awful experience. I ordered small fries and I took 45 minutes to get them, had to wait until after they closed to get my food. Horrible service

  The burger was good, but the fries could have been better. The peanuts were absolutely amazing! The drinks are unlimited, the tables are clean, and the service is really fast. Overall, a good experience at Five Guys.

  The guy with long curly hair I think his name is Riley he was rude to me and my friend, he spat on my fries and swore at us. Very rude I hope the manager speaks to him this is very inappropriate he should get consequences or I’ll take further action.
