  An absolute shambles where you order at the machine then stand in a crowd of about 50 people listening to a guy calling random and completely non-sequential numbers, hoping that through his accent you might hear your number called.. then fight your way to the front to collect before some random punter swipes it.. (happened to two other while we were waiting).

  Abebe was very friendly and was very hospitable. He added an extra ray of sunshine to this already sunny day. We need more workers like him so sweet and lovely!

  Amazing members of staff, welcoming, gentleman fully covered all my customer requirements. You can go there with your family without being afraid of some aliens demolishing your day. Thank you

  The food was great, but the customer service experience needs improvement. I placed my order and was waiting for it. When my girlfriend tried to enter the restaurant, a staff member closed the door in her face and told her they were closed, even though there were still about 10 minutes left. I understand closing procedures, but the situation could have been handled in a more polite and professional way. Good food deserves better service.

  Visited Five Guys and had a great experience. I ordered a burger and fries, and both were delicious and fresh. The food was prepared well and tasted amazing. The service was excellent too. Siddh was very friendly, helpful, and provided outstanding customer service. Overall, a great in-store experience with excellent food and service. Highly recommended!
