Love Five Guys. It tends to be busier at the Fulham branch so make sure you’re not hangry when you arrive!

Five Guys is undoubtedly expensive compared to standard drive-thrus, but you get what you pay for. The quality is far closer to a good gastropub than a high-street value chain. I got a small cheeseburger, small fries, and a drink, and the portion was massive. You get to completely customise your burger with as many free toppings as you want, and the peanut oil fries are incredibly tasty."

Ordered via UberEats.
Items missing from order and large portion of chips was literally 12 chips.
Order in person to make sure they actually give you what you have ordered or go somewhere else. Plenty of other burger delivery places locally that do a much better job for less money.

As with other branches, the interior of this branch features vintage posters, red-and-white chequered wall patterns, and a transparent open kitchen, creating a lively atmosphere.
The lady who took my order politely explained all the topping options available for my cheeseburger. As usual, I helped myself to the free peanuts while waiting for my food to be prepared.
The burger took about 15 minutes to arrive. The kitchen staff apologised for the delay and even gave me an apology card, which I appreciated. In any case, the quality of the burger justified the wait. Served piping hot and freshly made, it contained two thick patties and eleven toppings. The well-done patties were exceptionally tender and juicy—so much so that, without the foil wrapping, my hands would probably have been covered in juice. Personally, I would have preferred a slightly crispier exterior on the patties, but the burger was still thoroughly enjoyable.
The main drawback remains the price. A burger, regular fries, and a soft drink can easily cost more than £20, which is approaching the price of a meal in a full-service restaurant. The Rewards loyalty programme is not particularly attractive at present. I would be more inclined to come regularly if it offered a meal deal or similar benefit with each visit.
