  I have ordered a few times from here and really don’t understand why you serve people werid old chips as if they’ve been left out all day and then you’ve fried them they do not taste normal absolutely DISGUSTING LIKE LITERALLY DISGUSTING not even a one off this is the third time it’s now happened

  One of the tastiest burger I’ve had in a while, the staff are so friendly offering me and my wife a milkshake in this weather and the fries were cooked to perfection. Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this branch!

  First time in this branch and just want to say how amazing the atmosphere was, the staff and manager seemed very energetic and it was really nice to see even they were conversation they were still attentive to customers. As I received my order it was nice to get offered extra sauces, does not happen often.

  I was served by a man called Ray (he was wearing glasses and had curly hair) he was amazing and he was the only good thing about this experience. He was really helpful. However the food was very mid I won’t be visiting for the food again.

  Had a great experience at Five Guys recently. The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-kept everything was, from the dining area to the counters. It made the whole place feel welcoming and comfortable. The food was fantastic as always—fresh, tasty, and cooked perfectly. The burger was full of flavor, and the fries were hot, crispy, and generous in portion. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about giving customers a good experience. A special mention goes to Mark, the manager, who was incredibly welcoming and professional. He went out of his way to make sure everything was running smoothly and that customers were happy. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really made a difference. Overall, great food, excellent cleanliness, and a wonderful team. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this Five Guys location to others.
