  Had a really great experience at Five Guys, especially thanks to Tianna. She was friendly, polite and very helpful throughout our visit, and her customer service really stood out. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely makes an effort to make customers feel welcome. Big thank you to Tianna for the great service — she’s a real credit to the Five Guys team!

  This Five guys has amazing food as the quality is top notch but the service by Tianna was even better. She was very hospitable and walked through the menu items extremely well and has a Five star quality of service overall.

  Had a really great experience at Five Guys, and I wanted to give a special shout-out to Patrick, Amer and Tınna for their excellent customer service. From the moment I arrived, all three were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. They made the whole experience feel genuinely enjoyable, rather than just being another quick visit to a fast-food restaurant. They were attentive, polite and happy to help with anything I needed, and their positive attitude really stood out. It’s not often that you come across a team where everyone is so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Patrick, Amer and Tınna worked really well together and created a great atmosphere. Even though the restaurant was busy, they remained patient and professional and made sure customers were looked after properly. The food was great, but honestly, the customer service is what made the visit memorable. Staff like Patrick, Amer and Tınna are a real credit to Five Guys, and their effort definitely deserves recognition. I’ll definitely be coming back. Excellent service, great atmosphere and a brilliant team — especially Patrick, Amer and Tınna. Highly recommended!
