  1 Star – Frustratingly slow service Usually, Five Guys is reliable, but the Chiswick branch was a complete mess today. There were roughly 15 people waiting around for food, yet only two staff members were actually cooking. To make matters worse, it wasn't even peak busy hours—the kitchen was just totally understaffed and severely bottlenecked. On top of the endless wait, the drink machine had no ice, so I ended up paying top dollar for a lukewarm soda. For the prices Five Guys charges, you expect fast food and functional amenities, not a 20-minute wait for a burger and flat, warm drinks. Definitely needs better management and proper staffing.

  The space this place has in my heart is immense.The food is continuously good quality always a comforting meal after a long day.The seating area is the best i’ve spent hours here it’s so comfortable and always well kept.Everyone i know knows how much i love five guys soda cups they’re my everything unlimited refills and the flavours are amazing.This is my favourite place for seeing my friends.The place to showcase your art is so cool i always add a drawing. I love it here 😋

  I genuinely go here at least twice a week. Love the vibe there, service is fast, and be sure to grab free peanuts whilst drawing on the provided paper along with an amazing supply of crayons. Love displaying my art there

  Had a really lovely experience at Five Guys Chiswick! The food was great, but what stood out the most was the excellent customer service. Manisha was absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. She genuinely made the experience feel special and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Employees like Manisha make such a big difference. Five Guys is lucky to have someone who provides such warm and positive service. Thank you, Manisha! ⭐️❤️
