  I love Five Guys but this was my first time visiting Five Guys in London’s Canary Wharf! The fries portion were fresh and plenty! The level of customer service and warm welcome were out of this world fantastic! I definitely will be back to visit this location when I return to London!

  Excelent!! Am primit burger, cartofi f multi, depășeau punga alocată lor, gen nelimitat, suc nelimitat...ce mai o masa pe cinste!! Cinste Five guys!! Și...full de lume!!Mâncai bine pe unde apucai.

  MOULD! Absolutely unacceptable!!!! We ordered burgers from Five Guys through Deliveroo app, and when we opened them, STARTED EATING, we found visible MOULD ON THE BURGER BUNS. This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable for a restaurant and its reputation!! Gross! We contacted Deliveroo to report the issue, but their customer service has refused to resolve the situation or provide a refund. We are now left with food that we obviously cannot eat because we have no idea how long the mould had been there. Mould is a serious health and hygiene concern. We expect Five Guys to take responsibility for what happened, investigate this incident , and provide appropriate compensation! I strongly wait for Five Guys management to contact me directly and resolve this. We have photo evidence of the mould and can provide the order details Very disappointing and genuinely concerning. I would expect much better food safety standards from such company.

  Great burgers and fries. They really are. But not cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

  Manager was amazing to communicate with very polite and I couldn’t be happier with how he took my order and how the food was presented I also noticed he had great communication with his team
