  Perfectly cooked food prepared in less than 3 minutes, but what really makes the place stand out is the staff. You can tell they enjoy working together and give great customer service, very smiley and refreshing to see.

  Horrible staff with a worker that is horribly rude and disrespectful she was asked politely numerous times for lettuce and refused for no good reason which is odd . She proceeded to tell me if I ask again she will refund me and to leave

  Five guys is our favourite takeaway. We love it and look forward to it. We ordered burgers and milshakes and fries over a year ago in Deliveroo. They forgot the fries and it ruined our meal, but the burgers were so delicious we didn't leave a review. We've braved ordering from this same Fiveguys again and they forgot the fries AGAIN! We tried to complain to Deliveroo because we desperately wanted chips but they did not engage. I tried calling the Fiveguys branch and it went to voicemail.... Please, please, please give us our chips back !!!!!!! Please !!!!
