It’s such a simple yet clever touch that adds character to the dining experience, keeps you happily occupied while waiting for your food, and builds anticipation for the meal ahead.   Excellent burgers but burgers sizes were bit small in comparison to prices and competition under same industry But burgers are awsome

  I ordered veggie grill sandwich with cheese. And came home and no Cheese !! Tried calling several times but got fed up was constantly engaged. I don't usually make a fuss but this was a simple order gone wrong.

  First experience at Five guys. Really good service, friendly staff. Great food. Lots of seating upstairs and downstairs. I bought the little cheese burger with unlimited soda and, because I downloaded the five guys rewards app, I also got a free regular five guys fries. The burger was extremely filling and large considering it was the “little” version. I struggled to finish the burger because of the generous portion size and fries were also provided in a very generous portion. You can really taste how fresh the fries are. Free ketchup and mayo on hand. Five guys mayo is definitely something special. Rating 4* as five guys is quite expensive and my meal (burger fries and drink) would have come to £20.75 if it wasn’t for the free fries and also they didn’t have any trays which makes it difficult and messy ie if you want to season your fries.
