  Amelia who served us was brilliant. She advised on which size chips we should get with 2 kids in tow. Double-checked allergies when I requested a lettuce wrap and even had the kids' shared burger cut in half for them. Food was hot and delicious. We love that the burgers are so fresh. Loud busy location as you'd expect for London and next to the tube

  Not a bad place to have a burger. The food was good, the burger was tasty, and overall it was an enjoyable experience.

  If you like burgers and fries Five Guys is good, but not cheap. They do give you lots of fries!

  I am an Uber Eats delivery driver. At approximately 1:47 a.m. on 18 July at your Baker Street restaurant, I had to cancel three orders because I was repeatedly told they had already been collected by another driver. When I politely asked the manager why this had happened, he became aggressive, shouted at me to "get out," used abusive language, and behaved in a threatening and intimidating manner in front of other staff and delivery drivers. His conduct was completely unacceptable and left me feeling humiliated while simply doing my job. I request an urgent investigation and that you review the CCTV footage from around 1:47 a.m. on 18 July. I need higher authority to escalate my complaint to the relevant authorities. This should not happen with any dilvery drivers. Manager Name is Andrew.
