  Absolutely disgusted with Domino’s Wimbledon. I used this branch regularly for years and never had any major issues, but over the last 6 months the quality has become absolutely shocking. The pizzas constantly arrive looking rushed, undercooked, greasy and poor quality. On multiple occasions the food has upset the stomachs of both me and my young family, causing diarrhoea, which is completely unacceptable from a major food chain. On top of that, deliveries are constantly late or missing items altogether. When I’ve tried to complain, I’ve been met with some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. No apology, no accountability, just terrible attitude from staff who clearly do not care about customers anymore. I honestly don’t know what has changed at this branch because it used to be reliable, but it has gone massively downhill. I’ve ordered Domino’s from other areas recently and the difference is unbelievable — fresh food, no issues, and deliveries always on time. So this is clearly a Wimbledon branch problem. After years of loyalty, I will never use Domino’s Wimbledon again. The food quality and customer service have become completely unacceptable. 0/10. UPDATE - 13th June 2026. I decided to give Domino's Wimbledon another try after seeing so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a big mistake. When the pizza arrived, it looked awful. It was extremely greasy and slimy, with several parts badly burnt. The quality was far below what I would expect, especially considering the price. My young daughter ate a small amount of the dough and started being sick around 15 minutes later. Both my wife and I have also been left with upset stomachs since eating it. This was easily the worst pizza we've ever received from this branch, and it has completely put us off ordering from them again. To make matters worse, it cost us over £30 and most of the pizza ended up straight in the bin. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this branch. The food quality was unacceptable, and after giving them another chance, I won't be returning.

  We ordered from Domino’s last night and within a few hours both my husband and I became extremely ill. We were violently sick throughout the night with what appears to be food poisoning, and the situation got so bad that we had to go to A&E. This was a really frightening experience and completely unacceptable from a food provider. No one expects to end up in hospital after ordering a takeaway. We are deeply disappointed and concerned about the food safety standards. I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from here.
