  Ho ordinato in questa sede della catena e mi sono trovata bene. Da italiana so che la pizza di questa catena può dividere le opinioni, ma personalmente mi è piaciuta molto. Il servizio è stato veloce e la ragazza che mi ha servito è stata molto gentile e simpatica. Il cibo era buono e l’ordine è stato preparato rapidamente. Non ci sono posti a sedere, quindi è pensato principalmente per l’asporto. Nel complesso, un’esperienza positiva e comoda per chi cerca un pasto veloce da portare via. 😽💕

  0 stars if possible. Not only did they not deliver the pizza, they didn't even attempt to deliver. Then after sitting on street for 10+ min and calling even watching them drive by on the tracker. The person who answered said I was lying no refund. Said he had "video" which of course he never sent.

  Absolutely the worst Domino’s in London. Unacceptable food quality. Just order from Domino’s Hammersmith like I don’t understand how they can do Dominos that bad

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at Domino’s West Kensington. I ordered a fully vegetarian pizza (Order No. 687482811) because I have been vegetarian my whole life for religious reasons as a Hindu. However, the pizza I received contained chicken. I immediately contacted the store, and the staff member I spoke with confirmed the mistake on the phone. This caused me serious emotional and religious distress, as consuming meat goes completely against my beliefs and values. This is not just a small error dietary and religious requirements should be handled with proper care and professionalism. I also have evidence of the order and the conversation with the store. I hope Domino’s takes this matter seriously, improves staff training, and ensures this never happens to another customer again.
