  0 stars (if I could). We’ve been loyal customers of Domino’s Kensington for a long time, but something has seriously changed. About a week ago we ordered and the pizza was awful. We thought it was just a bad day, so we ordered again two days ago. It was even worse. The dough, the tomato sauce and the overall taste were disgusting. It honestly tasted like vomit. We ended up throwing the entire pizzas away because they were inedible. I don’t know if they’ve changed the staff or the recipe, but the quality has completely collapsed. Such a shame, as this used to be our go-to Domino’s. We will never order from this branch again.

  I was a regular customer of this branch until now. I ordered a large margherita as usual but when it arrived it barely had any cheese and had way too much tomatoe sauce. It tasted like a frozen store bought pizza. I called the store and was met with there's noting we can do. How about you give me another pizza or my money back! Does Dominoe's think that I pick money of a tree and therefore I lose nothing?! I work hard for my money and if I spend it with you. I at least expect something of a satisfactory standard. I contacted head office and they told the store will contact me in 5 days but as of yet I still haven't heard anything.

  I ordered from them and never got my food. Waited over 3 hours just to be told we are closed and to deal with it through uber. Second time something like This has happened so I’d just avoid them entirely.

  Ho ordinato in questa sede della catena e mi sono trovata bene. Da italiana so che la pizza di questa catena può dividere le opinioni, ma personalmente mi è piaciuta molto. Il servizio è stato veloce e la ragazza che mi ha servito è stata molto gentile e simpatica. Il cibo era buono e l’ordine è stato preparato rapidamente. Non ci sono posti a sedere, quindi è pensato principalmente per l’asporto. Nel complesso, un’esperienza positiva e comoda per chi cerca un pasto veloce da portare via. 😽💕
