Very lazy this store, I’ll waiting for delivery more then 40 minutes I understand event day but event already finish,and delivery driver going wrong rout for personal work, it’s last order in domino’s, and also staff doing miss behaviour
Had a great experience with manager Cliffton over the phone who was very helpful and able to solve an issue right away. Domino’s Wembley has very good staff and their pizza is spot on!

First time ordering here. Even with the deal it’s not worth it . Better to go to a local pizza shop and get worth your money. Drinks are warm and the pizza for a small one is tiny compared to other places . No walking/ waiting space/area since the front area has now become storage area. Delivery drivers be taking orders and dealing with food with helmets and other outside bike clothing on. No one answers calls
Barely anyone answers their number bad experience.

I am writing to raise about an incident that occurred today at approximately 12:16 AM.
I attempted to purchase a large pizza costing £12.99 and completed the payment using chip and PIN. The transaction was successful from my side, as the correct PIN was entered and the amount was deducted from my bank account. However, the staff member at the counter informed me that the transaction was “void.”
I showed him proof that the payment had been deducted, but he refused to acknowledge it and declined to provide the pizza. Additionally, the receipt provided was incomplete, with important details missing as only half of it was printed. When I requested a proper receipt, he was unable to provide one.
I then asked to speak to the manager, but the same individual claimed that he himself was the manager. His behavior was unprofessional and rude, and he did not make any effort to understand or resolve the situation.
This experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged for an order I did not receive, was not given a valid receipt, and was treated poorly by the staff.
