I Ordered at 7:44 PM and by 9:10 PM, the food still hadn’t arrived. When I called, I was told it might arrive at 9:40 PM — nearly 2 hours for a pizza, despite living only 15 minutes away. My partner had to leave for work without eating because of this delay. I understand 20–30 minutes during busy times, but this is completely unacceptable. If you can’t deliver within a reasonable time, why accept the order? Very disappointing experience — I won’t be ordering from here again.

I just called them, they informed me they don’t have ice cream as it was in my order, then I asked can I get a replacement, they started giving fake reasons that I’ll get only drinks and started giving wrong information to me as a customer, I think it was closing time that’s why they were in hurry!
