  Ordered last night was very disappointed . I know there is a cost Of living crisis when the main ingredient is cheese at least put some on it , the pizza tasted stale like they were using ingredients from days ago . Vile taste . Never again . I live local and I will spread the word never use this place Domi No, and save the owner response and use the time to go get some cooking lessons

  Called to ask whether Domino’s could cater an event with a £500 budget, as their website only allows online orders up to £200. The person who answered was immediately dismissive and unprofessional, telling me that £200 “isn’t even a big order for them.” I then had to point out that £200 is literally the maximum their own website allows, and that I was calling because our event budget was £500 and we wanted to place a larger order. I was then told that they wouldn’t accept an advance delivery order and that I’d have to call and order on the morning of the event. Expecting someone organising a large event to leave £500 worth of catering until the morning itself is completely ridiculous. If you’re going to restrict large orders online, you need a sensible way for customers to arrange them in advance - and ideally staff who don’t act as though the customer is wasting their time for asking. Needless to say, we’ll be spending the £500 elsewhere.
