  Their pizza tracker app is rubbish. I've been waiting 30 mins for an order now supposed to arrive in 6 mins. Wouldn't offer me a refund as allegedly left their restaurant 4 mins ago. Turned up with lukewarm food. Disgusting. App is being deleted now.

  Ordered pizza at 2100 via the app, took them 1 hour 15 minutes to bring it (I live 15 mins away from the store) and the pizza was cold, they offered to make and give a new one instead but it is been 1 hour since then and the pizza never arrived ! I have been a frequent orderer from Dominos at Surrey Quays and have never experienced this before, this is totally unacceptable, when gave them a ring they kept us on hold for another 15-30 minutes , like I really did not get this! the last thing you want after a tiring work day is a pizza which never gets delivered to you !

  Food is stone cold- took forever to arrived and then forgot to give all my order. Don’t waste your time with this branch.
