  4th aug, 2:40pm; i came into the shop and there was no staff at the counter. i saw 2 staff members, one older male and one younger female by the fridge and called out asking to order. they looked at me then turned away. i called out again and they looked again but made no response or movement towards the till and continued to ignore me. i waited another minute before leaving. disgusting service and staff

  I had ordered a pizza for my frnd as I live nearby and it was cheaper for collection, but ended up receiving a burnt one, which was identified after my frnd took it to his home, when raised a query, got a call immediately claiming to send a picture, did inform the scenerio, that I will inform my frnd send over it to me and I can share it to the store as soon as I receive the photo. But the store team was so rude gave me call frequently within next 10 mins, and pressurized to send it and so unprofessional talk from them, and couldn’t even wait for 10 mins before I send it to them. This is my 4 th time ordering from here, never gonna repeat the order. And please be careful guys if you receive a burnt pizza. This is how they treat.

  The gentleman that took my order at 22:40 was polite, charming and friendly. He ensured that I was looked after and offered the best deal for me. He upsold a product too. The gentleman, who I assume was his manager, felt it appropriate to publicly berate him for taking my order at 22:40, stating that the last in store orders are taken at 22:30 despite this not being signed on the door, and the door indicating a closing time of 22:45. It is not appropriate for management to berate and tell staff off in front of customers, and then attempt to justify this when the customer points out that signage on the store indicates that it is open until 22:45. Your store is either open, or it is not. Management must ensure in the future that they treat their employees better, speak to them in a tone appropriate for the workplace and correct mistakes in private rather than shouting at their staff in front of customers! The pizza was excellent quality as always.
