  I asked for chick n dip (I literally pointed it out as the guy didn’t understand in the first place) then they only gave me aioli dip and charged me for it. Horrible

  I usually order from Dominoes and have a positive experience but this was far from it. I waited over an hour for my food to be delivered. 30 minutes into my food being ordered the app told me my food had been delivered when it wasn’t. I called the store and was directed that my driver would be here in 5-6 minutes. 10 minutes later my food still hadn’t arrived and my driver called me to find my address to which I directed him. After giving directions that should have only taken two minutes for my food to be delivered, it took another 20 minutes. I had to go downstairs and proceeded to call him and was sent straight to voicemail. I called the store to explain the situation and was met with “ we will call the driver” instead of trying to understand the frustration of the situation. I tried to explain and asked for a refund and understanding of the situation for the guy who picked up the phone to hang up on me. This kind of behaviour is ridiculous. My food then arrived two minutes later and the driver than proceeded to blame me for the reason he couldn’t find my place, despite having my contact number if he did get lost again after I gave him directions the first time. I will not be ordering from this branch of dominoes again. Please make sure that you use the contact numbers customers provide you to make sure you can find them instead of blaming them.

  I had a really lovely experience at Domino’s, especially because of Ravi. He was incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful. He was very friendly and made me feel genuinely welcome. It’s always nice to come across someone who treats customers with such kindness and a positive attitude. Ravi is a credit to the team and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service!
