  I ordered a large pizza, and it was good. However, I found the prices a little high for what you get.

  Not only is the food always delivered quick, fresh, hot and delicious, but they have great drivers too. They forgot my drink (only this one time, never forgot previously) and the driver went to the corner shop across the road, instead of driving back, to get it as quick as possible for me! That shows great thinking and amazing sense of hospitality!

  Really disappointing and unacceptable experience at Domino’s Tottenham. My husband and I ordered food and, while waiting for our order, I urgently needed to use the toilet. I was told that all of the toilets were out of order. I specifically asked about the accessible toilet, which has a keypad, and was again told it was out of order, despite there being no visible out-of-order signage. I explained that I am pregnant and urgently needed to use the toilet, but the staff member was extremely rude, dismissive and showed absolutely no compassion. I asked to speak directly to the manager and was told she had asked him and the answer was no. The manager did not even have the courtesy to come out and speak to me himself. When I asked for his name because I would be reporting the incident, I was told his name was Sam. I completely understand that facilities can genuinely be out of order. What I do not accept is the way this situation was handled. We were paying customers who had just ordered food, I had clearly explained that I was pregnant and urgently needed the bathroom, and my request was simply dismissed without the manager even speaking to me. I have now formally reported this incident to Domino’s and all relevant related parties so that the circumstances, including the reported closure of all toilet facilities and the way the situation was handled, can be properly reviewed. Absolutely appalling customer service and an incredibly disappointing way to treat a pregnant customer.
