  Awful and extremely poor service! Ordered a pizza with specific topping requests but the toppings on our pizza were incorrect. The employee on call refused to give us pizza, saying many people lie about receiving the wrong order and ‘I will not give you a free pizza’. She started screaming at us, was blatantly rude and hung up the call on us. Do not go here at all, the employees do not care for their customers or take ownership or responsibility for the establishment.

  Excellent customer service. Highly recommended! I was really impressed with the staff, especially Dharti. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout. A+A+A+!

  Staff was very helpful and fast service. Specially Dharti. Highly recommended branch. I always get my dominos pizza by Dharti from this store. It was a good and i hope it will be great service from store. Thank you

  On monday night only 1 staff in the entire shop and i am asking her to help where to find individual pizzas and how to 7se my deal that i received online she was not interested atall was hidding behind the drinks fridge just found out that the cameras are audio aswell i will request dominos to look into this as i did not feel comfortable welcomed customer to be frank

  Extremely poor service. I placed my order at 9:04 PM, but the food was not ready when I arrived at 9:18 PM. The staff were rude and dismissive when I asked about my order, and just wandering around the kitchen. I ended up waiting until 9:35 PM to receive it. I shouldn't have to wait at the premises for an extended period when ordering ahead. I have noticed a severe decrease in standards at this branch recently, including pizzas not being prepared properly upon collection. Very disappointed with the lack of efficiency and service at this Domino's Pinner branch.
