  I had a terrible experience with Domino’s Pizza - London - Paddington. First of all, the wrong order arrived, and to make it worse, the food was cold. I called the store immediately and was told it would take 20 minutes to fix and resend the order. One hour later, nothing had arrived and no update was given. On top of that, the staff were rude and unhelpful on the phone, showing no interest in resolving the issue or apologizing for the inconvenience. Completely unacceptable service. I won’t be ordering from this branch again and would not recommend it to anyone.
