  Order 2 pizzas both pizzas had hair on them. Went to ring them and ask for new pizzas and they said I didn’t order the pizzas. I ordered through the app and apparently it doesn’t exist. DISGUSTING AVOID AVOID AVOID

  I would like to make a complaint about the pizza delivered today. Unfortunately, it arrived cold and was badly overcooked. The crust and toppings were very dry, and the pizza did not taste fresh. Overall, the quality was far below what I expected and it was not enjoyable to eat. The worst dominos pizza im ever eat Please investigate what happened and arrange either a full refund or a replacement order. I can provide the order number and photos if required.   Pizza was good, but the nachos were very disappointing. They were extremely dry and had barely any toppings. Definitely not worth the extra money we paid. Very disappointing

  Pizzas delivered in a crushed box. Very bad customer service. I've called the store to say that the pizzas were delivered in a crushed box and asked for their driver to come back and collect the pizzas as it was unacceptable and requested a refund. The operative called me back to say that the driver couldn't come back and acknowledged the fact that there were no triangles in the box and the pizzas were crushed. The operative advised to throw the pizzas away and that they would process a refund. The same night (approximately 2hours later) the operative called back and asked for pictures of the crushed pizzas because the driver had now claimed that one of the pizzas were ok. I asked the operative to pass me on to their manager as that was not what they had advised on the phone earlier and the operative claimed that she was the manager but refused to give her name. She then said that she needs to speak to the team (despite claiming she is the manager) as I refused to provide photo's. Its very disappointing that you cant trust the word of the customer representative which claims to be the manager and the dishonesty of the driver is shocking. Therefore I am posting the pictures on google review for not only Domino's to see but for everyone else to see as well. I usually don't leave reviews but the service was so shocking.
