  Ordered food via Uber eats, clearly only stating our address, however it took for us to ring after an hour and a half of waiting to find out they had "tried to call us" To say there was 2 postcodes on the order which clearly there wasn't, now that they are closed they refused to cancel it there end so that we will now have to wait 12 hours for any sort of refund. Extremely poor service and extremely rude

  Awful… expected to takeaway on time as per the mobile app. Staff member just pointed at the screen in store and said it takes that long, which showed 30 mins. When the app was showing as almost ready.

  Ordered an italian crust what came was a classic crust why bother offering a choice if you don’t read the order…Check the order before it leaves the shop. I didn’t complain didn’t want to wait another 30mins for a replacement. Not overly impressed
