  FORMAL COMPLAINT - I WANT A FULL REFUND, I get home, they gave me a completely different pizza. I ordered a “magnifica chicken and Nduja” pizza - when I got home to open the box….. there was NO NDUJA, NO PEPPADEW PIQuante PEPPERS - and they just added tomatoes instead ???absolutely vile behaviour, disgraceful service, I order from a different store normally so know exactly how this pizza SHOULD taste - absolute waste of time and money, I looked forward to this pizza just to find it isn’t what I wanted. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE FELT THE NEED TO COMPLAIN

  Always fresh and hot, arriving within 30 mins. Ordered today and had an issue with my order for the first time, they sent me a new straight away, no fuss, even though it’s the dinner rush, really impressed

  It's okay. That's all it is. Okay. I placed my order in the store and waited for pick-up. It was reasonably quick and the pizza tasted fine, exactly what you'd expect from Domino's. Unfortunately, the price is way too high for the supermarket-like level of service and the average ingredients. If I was around Nine Elms, starving, less 30 minutes before midnight, I might as well go there again. But if I would like to have restaurant-level pizza for a similar price, London offers dozens of much better places I'd gladly visit instead.

  There is one guy there which always seems so miserable. Walked in and he is free to make an order, as soon as I say my order he tells me to wait and then decides to make two pizza’s. I had to wait 7 minutes just to make an order. Also why are the wedges so over priced?
