Staff who don't even bother to greet properly. Usually no one at the till. Card machine never seems to work. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired

It's a chain but what surprised me was the people/chef at the restaurant wasn't using gloves to prepare the pizza, with his hands he was preparing the non veg pizzas directly using his hands without gloves, at such a reputed chain there should be some proper hygiene practices in place

On their phones, not washing their hands no gloves, forearm hair in the dough and when I asked if they could put some gloves on I got ignored. Won't be ordering from this branch again.

Excellent high Standard service by the front operator RAY .... RAY have been making the difference and I’m very happy as old customer to see some one so connected with the work

Never get my order right when getting delivery! pizza tastes bland, dough tastes old and they ‘always’ (and I mean every single time) miss at least 1 topping (toppings which are actually part of that particular pizza - not added extra). I have given them a few chances but will not be ordering from Dominos Isleworth again!
