  A man told me to order online because he was too busy, it was 21:20 on 23rd June on a Tuesday. There was only 1 name on the board. And 2 customers sitting down when i was trying to order.

  Extreme concerns about food hygiene. Service was awful. Has put me off dominoes generally.

  I ordered 3 large pizzas from the Hoxton branch. One of them was a Meat Feast. When placing the order, I clearly told the person taking it that I do not eat pork and asked them to replace the pork with only beef and burger sauce. He said “okay.” When I got home and opened the pizza, it had all the pork meats on it — sausage, ham, and pepperoni. I called the branch and explained the situation. I told the guy on the phone that for personal reasons I don’t eat pork and that they had put pork on the pizza even though I specifically asked them not to. Instead of trying to solve the problem, the response I got was: “Sorry sir, I can’t give you another pizza. You have to pay.” Very disappointing customer service. Just because the name says Domino’s doesn’t mean the place is run properly. This branch seems to be run by a bunch of cowboys. Avoid
