  Manager doesn’t sense how to talk with the customer he just think about make profit only for shop. Very poor experience in dine in. Harrow branch is Worst branch of domino’s.

  Absolutely disappointing experience. I clearly asked the manager on shift to make my Veggie Supreme pizza extra spicy, but my request was completely ignored. The pizza had almost no flavour and was nowhere near spicy. When I asked for some chilli flakes to improve the taste, he was told me to pay extra. Instead of correcting their mistake or trying to satisfy the customer, they were more interested in charging for every little thing. Customer service is worst , the food quality is below average, and the staff don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good pizza in Harrow.

  Absolutely worst. I went there few days ago around 12 in night. It was worst attitude by any employee of dominos i have ever got. He was so busy looking after his regular that he forgot everyone else’s food order and my pizza was stale and cold felt like i am eating just bread and veggies prepared from morning. Not satisfied at all.
