  Absolutely worst. I went there few days ago around 12 in night. It was worst attitude by any employee of dominos i have ever got. He was so busy looking after his regular that he forgot everyone else’s food order and my pizza was stale and cold felt like i am eating just bread and veggies prepared from morning. Not satisfied at all.

  I’m really disappointed with the customer service at the Domino’s Pizza Harrow branch. I ordered online and went in to collect my order. There were two ladies at the front, and one of them asked for my name. After I told her, she said nothing and just continued doing what she was doing. I stood there waiting for more than 15 minutes while staff walked in and out from the back without asking if I had been helped. Meanwhile, my order was already sitting ready on the shelf the entire time. In the end, one of the delivery riders checked the shelf, handed me my order, and laughed about the situation. That should not have been necessary. I’ve experienced good customer service before, so this was very disappointing. Customers should at least be acknowledged and informed about their orders instead of being ignored.
