  Everything is good but what makes me sad is the dough for my pizza supposed to be 13 inch but it’s been used 11 inch dough for my large stuff crust pizza as I can see the toppings are not evenly attached with cheese properly and I can see with every slice is very thin and like I am having a feeling like having thin crust pizza which is breaking itself I hope this will be look after .

  If it were possibly to give this place zero stars I would. Their service is horrible and hygiene is even worse. The guy making the pizzas handled the till then went straight back to dipping his hands into the cheese to sprinkle on a pizza without washing it. If this is in front of customers, I’m afraid to think of what is done when we don’t see what they’re doing. The guy barely spoke any English which is an issue when delivering customer service, I feel he definitely ought to have understand “can I get the drink I ordered and paid for?” On top of that, the delivery guy came in and went straight into the kitchen, I can understand it’s a hot day but the encore restaurant was smelling like stale sweat, it made me want to throw up! Absolutely nasty place and will never visit again 🤮

  Ordered pizza on 27/06/2026. Got food poisoning, ate nothing else that day. Had stomach cramps and diarrhea for 7 days. Will never order again.

  LAD EVERYTIME I GET A PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE IM ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED. EXTRA CHEESE MEANS EXTRA CHEESE. UNCOOKED PIZZA DOUGH!! IM GOING CLAPTON DOMINOES INSTEAD !!!!!!
