Wd ordered two medium pizzas. When the pizzas arrived ( it took longer than originally said) we found that one of the pizzas was the wrong pizza. Fair enough, mistakes happen. So we called and informed them of the situation and one of the workers apologized and said new pizzas would be on their way and would arrive within half an hour. Over half an hour goes by and we do not receive the new pizzas. So i call again and ask to speak to a manager. I am put through to the manager and he apologises and says that our pizzas are just now coming out of the oven and will be with us within half an hour. It has now been over an hour, close to two hours from when the original order was put through and it does not seem as if the pizzas are coming. Its not that the pizza mistake was the issue, its the fact that two members of staff blatantly promised us something that never happened. I would not recommend this location and would advise the team review their customer service and ensure promises to customers are being met.
