  Arrived to collect my order after the app showed it was ready, only to be told the system wasn’t working and it was still being made — resulting in an extra ten-minute wait. Frustrating in itself, but what really disappointed me was the response when I flagged the issue. When I asked if any small goodwill gesture could be offered for the inconvenience, I was told no because “it would take too long.” That kind of dismissive response leaves you feeling like your time simply doesn’t matter. Been a loyal customer for a while but this experience has knocked my confidence in the service. Hopefully a one-off.

  If I could give 0 stars... total waste of time. 1h30 to get a cold pizza smaller size than paid for. Called them rude and unprofessional. Strange they are still in business
