Worst Customer service i have seen in a very long time. I think dominos need to check how they treat their customers. Will not be returning after being a customer over 20 years.

Until a few months ago I was a loyal customer of this branch. I would order at least once a week if not more. But recently things have been going really badly! I love Dominos, their pizzas are great and the sides are probably the best, but I'm so gutted now that I can't order from this shop anymore. It all started with simply receiving a cold pizza, to then getting consistently someone else's order. The last time my order was delivered to a neighbour and I never got a hold of it. I was promised a refund that never happened and the customer service was just poor. Now, I work in hospitality and I understand what it feels like to be busy and under pressure. I wouldn't normally leave a bad review but I'm actually hoping to help and sort things out.
